Weekends
require a 2 night minimum, major holidays have a 3 night minimum.
Also there is a 3 night minimum when your visit ends on a Friday or starts on
a Saturday. (Wed., Thurs., Fri. night or Sat., Sun., Mon.) Taxes are not included in posted prices.
Receive a 15% discount off any Sunday-Wednesday
lodging rates as long as the reservation does not start or end on
a Friday or Saturday or include a holiday. Two night minimum
stay required. Jenkins Creek & Camper Cabins are not included in this
discount.

Reservation Policy
A 50% security deposit or credit card number is required to confirm
all reservations. Your credit card will not be charged unless you are
a no-show or fall under cancellation policy as listed below. Cash deposits will
be refunded if reservations are cancelled 30 days or more prior to
date of arrival.
Cancellations or changes made 29 to 15
days prior to date of arrival will result in loss of deposit (50% of
reservation). All
cancellations or changes made less than 14 days prior to date of
arrival will be charged for the entire reservation if we are unable
to re-book. (policy includes lodging, guided fishing trips,
rental boats, motors).
Pet Policy Rim Shoals Resort
is a pet friendly resort. We do require all dogs to be leashed and you
are expected to pick up after your pet. The River Lodge and Jenkins
Creek are designated NO PETS. We
also reserve the right to limit the number of pets at the resort on any given
day.
We ask that your pet not be left
unattended in the cabins unless it's crated in your absence. Pets are
not to be tethered outside. Rottweillers
and pitbulls are not allowed. Two pet maximum per cabin.
Check-In After Hours: If
you are expected to arrive after normal office hours, your cabin will
be unlocked, the key will be in the door and the porch light turned
on. There is a resort diagram (shown below) posted outside the door of the office.
Your name will be written on the appropriate cabin if you unsure where
you are staying. Be sure to stop by the office in the morning.
